Men’s Raft Low Carb
The perfect men’s raft low carb recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 piece Poultry Viennese
- 1 piece Egg
- 1 tsp Tarragon
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 100 g Bacon
- 100 g Salt
- 40 g Grated Emmental
- Place the sausages in a square so that the ends look out a little.
- Cut out bulges from the sausages on top so that the ones on top are “anchored” and place them in a baking dish.
- Lay strips of bacon so that a square hollow is created in the middle of the sausages. (From left to right / from top to bottom)
- Tuck the overlapping bacon under the sausages.
- Sprinkle tarragon on top.
- Whisk the egg, mustard and a pinch of salt.
- Cut the cut pieces of sausage into small pieces and stir the egg mixture with the grated cheese.
- Then pour into the hollow.
- Set the oven to 180 degrees and bake the “men’s raft” for 40 minutes.
