Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 balls of mozzarella
  • 4 tsp pesto
  • Salt
  • Pepper, white
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 tsp thyme, dried
  • 4 slice(s) ham, air-dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Preheat oven to 200°C. Drain the mozzarella and cut in half. Spread the bottom halves with pesto and season with salt and pepper. Dice the bell peppers and arrange them on the bottom halves. Tear the thyme and sprinkle over the top. Cover with the top halves and wrap each with a slice of ham. Bake on an ovenproof plate for 10 minutes. Serve with baguettes and a radicchio salad.
