Healthy Mug Cake

- 1 small Egg
- 6 tbsp Oatmeal
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 0,5 tsp Baking powder
- 1 half Banana
- Other ingredients of your choice

Heat half a banana in a small bowl in the microwave at 900W for 30 seconds – this makes it softer and you can easily mash it with a fork and stir it into a paste.

Mix the remaining ingredients, including the banana, well in another bowl.

Everything together is now emptied into a cup that is also suitable for microwaves and finally heated for about 2 minutes at 900W! You will then see for yourself whether the finished consistency corresponds to your wishes. Now the cup cake can easily be supported on a plate and served with icing sugar, cinnamon.
