Hearty mustard eggs

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 150 g diced ham
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • ½ liter of water
  • 4 eggs
  • Mustard
  • Potatoes)
  • salt and pepper
  • Vinegar
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

First, peel the onion, dice it, and sauté it. Then fry the ham cubes. Add the flour, add a little water, and stir. Let it thicken. Add water a little at a time until the half a liter is gone and the sauce has thickened. Then stir in a generous amount of mustard and the other ingredients as needed. Boil the eggs, peel them, and add them to the finished sauce, then heat them back up. Serve with potatoes.
