Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g mountain cheese, grated
- 120 g wheat flour
- 250 ml milk
- 4 eggs, size L
- 150 g cooked ham
- ½ tsp salt
- 100 g herb cream cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
with cheese, ham and cream cheese
Preheat oven to 170°C fan/convection oven. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the ham into small cubes. Whisk together the flour, milk, and eggs, then add the ham, cheese, and salt and mix. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly. Bake at 170°C for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool briefly, spread with herb cream cheese, and roll tightly. Insert toothpicks into the roll at intervals of about 3-4 cm and cut open between them. Delicious warm or cold; best served with leaf salad.
