Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Sausage: Wiener or Jagdwurst cut into cubes
  • 1 large Diced onion
  • 200 ml Tomato puree
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Dark balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Curry
  • 200 ml Broth
  • Pepper and salt
  • Gratinated cheese

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil in a pan, fry the sausage cubes or slices in it, then add the onion and sweat with it. Deglaze the whole thing with the broth, stir well and add the tomato puree, let simmer gently, mix with the balsamic vinegar, curry and sugar and season with salt and pepper. We usually have noodles with it
