Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g raspberries (frozen)
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- n. B. Cane sugar, coarse
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Place the raspberries in a bowl or baking dish (rectangular or round) and spread them out. Then, combine the low-fat quark and vanilla sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and carefully stir it into the quark mixture. Spread the quark and cream mixture over the raspberries. Sprinkle the brown sugar on top, about 3 mm thick. Refrigerate the dessert for 24 hours until ready to serve.
