Heimi’s Crumble Cake

  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 6 Eggs
  • 500 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 0,125 l Milk
  • Sprinkles:

  • 150 g Hazelnuts
  • 0,5 tsp Cinammon

Spread on the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Tip: The dough rises a lot, bake the cake in the drip pan instead of on the baking sheet. Or form an edge all around out of aluminum foil or baking paper so that the dough cannot overflow.
