Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 ½ tbsp oil, basil
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- Pepper, white
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 bunch of dill
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with jacket or foil potatoes or raw vegetables
Stir the quark with the oil until smooth. Season generously (!) with sugar, salt, and pepper. Wash the herbs, pat dry, finely chop, and mix into the quark.
