Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g butter, room temperature
- 4 garlic cloves, fresh, finely crushed
- Sea salt
- Pepper, black from the mill
- 2 packs of parsley, frozen or
- ½ bunch parsley, flat, finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes
Thoroughly mix the butter, garlic, and parsley together and season with salt and pepper. Let it sit for 3-4 hours. It’s great for grilling or tossing on baguette or other fresh bread.
