Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 250 g flour
- 50 g cornstarch
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 5 tbsp milk
- 100 g raisins
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cream the butter until fluffy. Add the sugar and eggs alternately. Combine the flour, cornstarch, salt, and baking powder and stir into the mixture along with the milk and raisins. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 30-40 minutes on the bottom rack.
