Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 125 g quark
- 1 clove(s) garlic, pureed
- 3 tbsp herbs, chopped, of your choice
- herbal salt
Instructions

Stir the butter until smooth, add the curd, salt, garlic and herbs and let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.
