Hermann – Mandarin Muffins

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 90 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 100 ml oil
  • 75 ml juice (mandarin orange juice)
  • 1 cup(s) dough (Hermann dough)
  • 2 cans of tangerine(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix everything together, fill the batter into muffin tins (about 12), and bake at approximately 180°C for about 30 minutes. Warm up some apricot jam and spread it on the muffins after baking.
