Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 large fish(s) (Bismarck herring)
  • 3 large apples (Delicious)
  • 3 large gherkins
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 dashes lemon(s)
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 500 g mayonnaise, 80%

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Skin the Bismarck herring and cut into thumb-sized pieces. Peel the apples, remove the cores, and cut them into 1 cm cubes, just like the cucumbers. Add the remaining ingredients and stir gently. Garnish with parsley. Serve with small boiled potatoes or white bread.
