Variation of the basic low-carb burger bun ‘Oopsies’ recipe

The basic Oopsies recipe, only sweet: Separate the eggs and mix the egg yolks with the cream cheese and a few drops of sweetener. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture. Pour the mixture into 3 long flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 150°C for about 25 minutes until golden brown. Let the flatbreads cool. For the filling, combine the low-fat quark, natural yogurt, and jam. Spread the mixture on the bottom of the flatbreads and roll them up.
