Berry ice cream without an ice cream maker

First, whip the double cream until it reaches a slightly firmer consistency, like whipped cream. Then purée the berries. Next, add the sweetened condensed milk to the double cream and fold it in. Then, mix the puréed berries into the mixture. Now, pour the entire mixture into a container with a lid and place it in the freezer. To prevent the mixture from crystallizing, stir it every half hour until it turns into ice cream. This can take six to eight hours. After that, the ice cream is ready to eat and can be decorated with a few berries in an ice cream bowl.
