Homemade forest fruit ice cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g fruits (forest fruits) frozen
  • 100 g natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blend with a hand blender, then place in the freezer for half an hour. You can, of course, make this with any kind of fruit; just experiment.
