Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 50 g almond(s), sliced
  • 20 g coconut flakes
  • n. B. Desiccated coconut, for rolling
  • n. B. Almond(s), whole, peeled
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • n. B. Honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Delicious coconut balls

Split the vanilla pod lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. Then, combine the quark, ground almonds, coconut flakes, honey, and vanilla seeds in a bowl and form into small balls. For an extra kick, you can add an almond to each ball. Roll the finished balls in the desiccated coconut. You can either eat them right away or refrigerate them for an hour and then enjoy.
