Honey, sour cream, and nut cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking soda (soda, heaped)
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 150 g honey
  • 2 cups flour
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • 500 g sour cream
  • 1 can condensed milk (milkmaid, boiled for 2 hours)
  • 250 ml whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Beat eggs with sugar and soda until frothy. Stir in sour cream and honey. Add flour and chopped walnuts. Divide the dough into three portions and bake each in a round baking pan. Bake at 180°C for about 12 minutes. For the cream, whip the cream until stiff. Mix the sour cream with the milk powder and fold in the whipped cream. Spread the cream over the cake layers and decorate the cake as desired.
