Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • ½ honeydew melon(s)
  • 1 large lemon(s), juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Cut the honeydew melon flesh into small pieces. Then squeeze the lemon. Place the juice and the fruit pieces in a blender and blend for 2 minutes. Refrigerate the juice. One serving contains 135 kcal.
