Horseradish cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g crème fraîche or sour cream
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 ½ tbsp horseradish, freshly grated
  • Honey to taste
  • Salt
  • Parsley, finely chopped
  • Pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix 100g of crème fraîche with the lemon juice. Grate the horseradish and fold it into the crème fraîche. Season to taste with honey. Season generously with salt and pepper, then fold in the finely chopped parsley. Serve with a raw vegetable platter or use as a fondue sauce.
