Horseradish mustard sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream, 200 g
  • 2 tbsp, heaped horseradish, freshly grated
  • 1 tbsp, heaped Löwensenf (extra hot)
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce, extra hot
  • 1 garlic clove(s), Chinese
  • 2 dashes of Tabasco
  • 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dashes fish sauce
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • e.g. soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Peel and press the garlic, peel the horseradish and finely grate it. Then mix all ingredients together. Season with pepper and soy sauce. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Tip: Add chili pepper and/or spring onion rings to your BBQ.
