Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 avocados
- 300 g smoked trout fillet(s)
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp dill
- 2 tbsp capers
- e.g. salt and pepper
- e.g. watercress
- n. B. sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice, chopped dill, and capers. Season with salt, pepper, and a little sugar. Prepare the dressing. Peel, halve, and slice the avocado. Cut the trout fillets into pieces. Divide both into 4 salad bowls. Wash the gherkin, cut it lengthwise into thin strips, and add it. Pour the dressing over the salad and sprinkle with watercress.
