Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 cinnamon stick(s)
  • 100 g dark chocolate, according to taste
  • 30 g marshmallow(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Soul warmer

Heat the milk, cream, and cinnamon stick in a saucepan. Break up the dark chocolate and stir in. Heat for about 5 minutes, then remove the cinnamon stick. Pour into mugs and garnish with the marshmallows, optionally dusting with a little more cinnamon. A delicious mood-booster for the dreary season.
