Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml milk, hot
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 cl brandy or rum
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey
  • 1 pinch(s) nutmeg, freshly grated

Instructions

Dissolve the honey in the hot milk. Beat the egg yolks until frothy and fold in. Pour into a large, preheated mug, add the brandy/rum, and sprinkle with grated nutmeg.
