Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 cl Gin (Bombay Sapphire 40% vol.)
  • 2 cl liqueur (apricot brandy)
  • 5 cl strawberries, pureed, or 2 cl strawberry syrup
  • 5 cl orange juice
  • 1 strawberries
  • Ice

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

cocktail

Shake the gin, apricot brandy, and strawberry puree vigorously with ice in a shaker and strain into a cocktail glass. Top with cold orange juice and stir. Cut a slit in the bottom of the strawberry and place it on the rim of the glass.
