How to Easily Remove Stains on Clothes: The Main Tiphack Without Wipes and Salt

André Tan gave a few secrets to help get stains out and keep your clothes looking presentable.

Many people don’t remove stains from their clothes correctly, which can lead to damage. Designer André Tan told us how to do it easily, quickly, and safely.

If a stain has appeared on clothes, it’s not necessary to remove it with salt or napkins. According to the designer, they can only make the problem worse, fix the dirt on the clothes, and ruin the color.

“You can gently pick up the residual moisture from the stain spot with a clean, dry rag and call a professional in the next two days without pre-treatment. The longer a stain stays on a garment, the harder it is to get it out. Don’t risk your favorite items,” said Andre Tan.

He also told me that you can prevent defects and the appearance of dirt on clothes with the help of some smart hacks. The first thing is to store things properly.

How to store things properly:

  • store things preferably in coffers (never store in polyethylene, only in natural coffers so that there is sufficient air circulation);
  • store things on hangers that fit the shoulder size in order to avoid deforming the garment;
    sort from short to long and from light to dark items;
  • between items of different colors, use a hanger with an empty coffer. This will prevent color migration during storage;
  • store bulky and heavy items folded.
