Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

very easy….

Wash and dry the butterfly steaks, pound them lightly with a meat tenderizer, and season both sides with a little salt, pepper, and paprika. For the filling, season the sausage meat with the egg and the remaining seasonings to taste and stir until smooth. Mix in the finely diced ham, drained mushrooms, and cooked fried onions. Fill the steaks with the filling and secure with three toothpicks. Fry in a pan with hot oil for about 20 minutes, turning halfway through. My side dish suggestion: We serve it with boiled potatoes and butter beans, or with buttered vegetables and salad.
