- 4 slice(s) sausage (hunting sausage), large, thick
- Flour
- Egg(s)
- breadcrumbs
- Fat or oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
GDR – Recipe
Coat the Jagdwurst slices in flour, beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. Press down firmly and fry in hot fat or oil until brown and crispy. Serve with potato salad. Variation: If you don’t have Jagdwurst, you can also use cooked ham or another meat sausage.
