Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter of water, hot
  • 4 tea bags, black
  • 8 tbsp brown sugar
  • some ginger
  • 3 limes
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 0.4 liters of apple juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Iced tea with lemon, ginger and apple juice

Pour the tea into the hot water and let it steep for 5 minutes. Add the cane sugar. Squeeze the lemon and add it to the tea. Squeeze 1 lime and add it to the tea along with the remaining limes. Add the apple juice, lemon juice, and lime juice. Peel the ginger and finely chop it and add it to the tea. Let the tea steep for 2 hours. Then strain out the ginger and citrus fruits. Chill the tea. Enjoy cold.
