Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tea bag (rooibos), vanilla
  • 0.3 liters of water
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 0.1 liters of orange juice
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • Ice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Pour boiling water over the tea in a teapot and let it steep for 5 minutes. Dissolve the honey in the tea. Let it cool and refrigerate for a few hours. Add the orange and lemon juice and ice cubes, stir, and you have a refreshing drink for a hot summer day!
