Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 small chicken schnitzels (or turkey schnitzels)
  • 8 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 8 slice(s) pineapple (from the can, is juicier)
  • 8 slices of cheese (Edam)
  • 1 bottle of Cremefine for cooking
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¾ bottle of curry sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • curry powder
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Prepared in a flash, super tasty, also great as party food

Wash and dry the chicken schnitzels thoroughly, season with salt, pepper, curry powder, and paprika, and place in an ovenproof dish. Place one slice of ham, one slice of pineapple, and one slice of Edam cheese on each schnitzel. Then, combine a sauce made from Cremefine, curry sauce, and sour cream, seasoning with a little curry powder. Spread the sauce evenly over the schnitzels. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake on the middle rack for 30-45 minutes. Serve with spaetzle (noodles) or rice and a fresh salad.
