Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 cups pak choi, shredded, tightly packed
- 1 cup of water
- 3 oranges
- 1 banana(s) (frozen)
- 2 cm ginger, fresh
- 1 tsp, leveled turmeric
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes
with pak choi, orange, banana, ginger, turmeric. The unit of measurement is a 250 ml cup.
Wash and chop the bok choy and blend it with the cup of water in a blender, then add the remaining ingredients. To cool the smoothie, it helps to add frozen sliced banana. It has a very mild flavor, with the ginger and turmeric adding extra zest. You can, of course, adjust the amount to your liking. The smoothie will keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
