Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ¼ liter apple cider vinegar
- ¼ liter beef broth
- 0.4 liters of neutral oil, e.g. rapeseed or corn oil
- 150 g sugar
- 120 g tarragon mustard
- 50 g mayonnaise
- e.g. salt and pepper
- n. B. onion(s) or garlic, possibly
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mix everything together with a hand blender. The dressing will keep in the refrigerator for about 2 months.
