Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 sweets (cream caramel), crushed
  • 130 g sugar
  • 75 g chocolate coating, whole milk, chopped
  • 75 g white chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 25 g nougat
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp, heaped espresso, instant
  • 600 g cream, hot
  • 0.35 liter Whiskey, Irish
  • 4 cl Amaretto

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Melt the candies, sugar, vanilla sugar, both chocolates, nougat, and espresso together in a double boiler. Then add the hot cream and blend with a hand blender. Boil everything for 10 minutes, then remove from the heat. Now add the Irish whiskey and amaretto, blend again, and bottle. Shake several times while cooling at room temperature. Refrigerate later.
