  • 3 tbsp vinegar (red wine vinegar) or red wine
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed
  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Mix red wine or red wine vinegar with garlic, salt, pepper and sugar and stir in olive oil.
