Italian pan-fried vegetables with minced meat

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 500 g minced meat, half and half
  • 1 pack of vegetables (Italian pan-fried vegetables), frozen
  • 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
  • salt and pepper
  • curry powder
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Dice the onion and sauté in a pan with hot oil. Add the ground beef and fry until crumbly. Season with salt and pepper. Add the stir-fried vegetables and cook for about 5 minutes. Then add the passata and thin with a little water, if desired. Simmer gently until the vegetables reach the desired consistency. You can also season with a little curry or paprika. Serve with rice or noodles.
