Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 can tomato(s) (Pizza tomatoes)
- 500 g pasta
- 340 g cheese (Gouda)
- 125 g bacon
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 carrots
- 2 tsp, heaped garlic granules
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
from the oven
Cook the pasta and set aside. Grate the cheese and set aside. Butter a large casserole dish or 4 small ones. Brown the diced streaky bacon in a pan. Dice the onion and carrots and sauté them. Puree the pizza tomatoes and season. Add the pasta to the dish(es). Spread the bacon and carrot mixture over the mixture, then add the tomato puree. Finally, sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
