Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 g ham (cooked ham)
  • 250g salami
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 1 jar red peppers
  • 1 pack of Italian herbs (frozen)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • possibly spice mix (pizza seasoning)
  • 1 pack of cheese (Gouda), grated
  • 6 slices of white bread (or half rolls)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop all the ingredients into small pieces and mix them together (including the cheese). It’s best to prepare it well in advance of the meal so it’s well-seasoned. Then spread it on slices of white bread or half a roll and pop it in the oven. It tastes truly delicious! Bake at 180°C until the topping reaches the desired browning.
