Jacket Potatoes with Egg Quark Dip

  • 2 Eggs
  • 245 g Quark
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 cups Sour cream
  • 0,5 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 bunch Chives in rolls
  • 1 onion Finely diced
  • 450 gr Jacket potatoes small
  1. Boil the jacket potatoes. Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes, peel them and cut them into small cubes. Mix the quark with oil, sour cream, lemon juice, onions, chives and egg and season with salt and pepper. Peel the cooked potatoes and enjoy with the quark.
