Jacket Potatoes with Radish Quark

The perfect jacket potatoes with radish quark recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Waxy potatoes
  • Salt
  • 1 bunch Radish
  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • 500 g Quark semi-fat
  • 100 g Whipped cream 10% fat
  • Pepper
  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cook in salted boiling water for 20-25 minutes. Drain the potatoes and drain well.
  2. In the meantime, wash the radishes, clean and grate finely. Wash the parsley, shake dry and roughly chop the leaves. Mix the quark with the whipped cream. Mix the radishes and about 3/4 of the parsley with the quark. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the potatoes and radish quark on plates and serve sprinkled with the remaining parsley.
