Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 190 g flour
- 40 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 50 g almond(s), chopped
- 50 g chocolate shavings
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 egg(s)
- 200 ml milk or buttermilk
- 60 ml oil
- 100 ml liqueur (Jägermeister)
- Chocolate coating or
- Powdered sugar and Jägermeister
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
For the batter, first mix the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, etc.). In a second bowl, combine the wet ingredients (egg, oil, milk, and Jägermeister). Mix both ingredients together; a whisk is sufficient to form the batter. Pour the batter into a greased 12-hole muffin tin or one lined with paper baking cups and bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 200°C on the middle rack for 20-30 minutes. After cooling, cover with chocolate coating or a glaze made with powdered sugar and Jägermeister, if desired. The muffins will be especially moist after a day!
