Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 300 g strawberries, fresh
- 700 g pineapple, fresh
- 2 limes
- 2 vanilla pods
- 8 fresh mint leaves
- 1 pkt. gelling sugar (2:1)

Pineapple-Strawberry Jam
Wash and hull the strawberries, peel the pineapple, and chop into large pieces. Drop the fruit and mint leaves onto the rotating blade at speed 4. Chop to the desired size. Add the juice of two limes and the vanilla seeds. Now add the gelling sugar and cook at 100°C/speed 2 for about 12-14 minutes. If you don’t have a Thermomix, you can of course also cook the jam in a saucepan as usual. This yields approximately 6 small jars.
