Vegan: Onion – Lentils
The perfect vegan: onion – lentils recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 size Cut onions
- 3 size Oil to stew
- 3 medium sized Diced carrots
- 3 medium sized Diced potatoes
- 3 tbsp Homemade vegetable broth
- 1,5 liter Filtered water
- 1 pack Tempo lenses
- 2 handful Celery sticks Tk
- 1 handful Fresh lovage
- Salt pepper
Prepare vegetables
- Peel the onions and chop them roughly – peel, wash and dice the carrots – peel, wash and dice the potatoes
Heat the wok
- Heat the oil in the wok, brown the onions in it, because of the roasted aromas 🙂
Vegetables with it ….
- When the onions are nicely browned, add the diced vegetables and sear everything well. Add the pack of tempo lentils and the frozen celery sticks.
Spice up
- Now season the whole thing with the vegetable stock, pour in the water and bring everything to a boil.
Cook
- The whole thing should simmer for a good 30 minutes, it will be nice and creamy.
