Add the curry and garam masala, mix well, and let it stand for 30 seconds. Remove from the heat and let it cool in a sealable container. It will keep for about a month in the refrigerator or up to four in the freezer. The specified amount is for about 1 liter of water. It is suitable for Japanese-style curry dishes. If you like it a little spicier, you can add half a tablespoon of cyano pepper with the curry and garam masala.
