Jaroma cabbage salad

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g white cabbage (Jaroma)
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely chop the cabbage, place it in a sieve, and pour boiling water over it. Drain after about 2 minutes and rinse with cold water. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the cabbage.
