Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g pasta of your choice
- 3 bell peppers
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 250 g meat sausage
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp Chinese spice
- 1 tsp salt
- 250 g mayonnaise
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cook the noodles in unsalted water until tender. Drain and rinse. Cut the bell peppers, spring onions, and sausage into small pieces. Place them in a bowl with the cold noodles and toss to combine. Then toss the salad with a dressing made from soy sauce, oil, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, Chinese spice, and salt. Once cooked, add the mayonnaise and fold in. The salad tastes best when left to marinate overnight.
