Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g jostaberries, fresh or frozen
- 130 g sugar
- 150 g cream
- 60 ml milk
- 1 pinch of locust bean gum

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Puree the jostaberries with sugar and stir in the remaining ingredients. The cream doesn’t need to be whipped. Freeze in the ice cream maker for 30 minutes and enjoy.
