Juicy nut cake with Snickers

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 175 g sweets (Snickers as candy), halved
  • 175 g butter, soft
  • 150 g peanut butter, chunky
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 g sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 500 g flour, sifted
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 7 tbsp milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

and creamy peanut butter

Cream the butter with peanut butter, vanilla sugar, salt, and sugar. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in alternately with the milk. Fold in the Snickers candies. Pour the batter into a greased 26 cm springform pan with a tube insert and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 40 minutes.
