Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 400 g pasta (spirelli)
- 100 g mushrooms, diced
- 20 g bacon, diced
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 1 cup sour cream
- dash of cream
- 7 large black olives, diced
- 1 can tuna, marinated in oil
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, fry the diced onion and mushrooms in hot olive oil in a pan. Remove any oil from the tuna, mash it in the can with a fork, and add it to the pan along with the tomato paste and bacon. Deglaze with the sour cream and cream. Finally, add the olives and garlic, then season with salt and pepper. Once the pasta has reached the desired consistency, drain and toss with the tuna sauce. Tip: If you like, you can season the whole thing with hot chili flakes.
